Graphite and Carbon Fiber

QUALITY WITH FLEXIBILITY

The perfect combination between Japanese and German raw material quality with the versatility of LMTerm processing
Development of specific and innovative solutions with experience and expertise. Unique and exclusive products

LMTerm, in partnership with the German NKCG Nippon Kornmeyer Carbon Group of the Japanese Nippon Carbon Group, is specialized in the design, simulation, manufacturing, coating, purification, and technical support of carbon and ceramic-based materials. The primary industries served include the following segments: industrial, metallurgy, heat treatment, automotive, solar (photovoltaic), semiconductor, aeronautics, aerospace, among others.

We supply extruded and isostatic graphite; rigid and flexible graphite felts; carbon fibers, better known as CFCs; laminates; profiles; nuts; bars; racks; grids; and devices. In addition to machining, all components can be purified and coated (e.g., SiC and PyC).

The series of molded felt thermal insulating materials can be used at high temperatures that can go above 2000 degrees Celsius and is excellent in insulation and workability.

Carbon fiber has flexibility and is produced by heat treatment of special organic fiber and graphitization. Its use is widespread in industries such as aviation, space, electronics, automotive, and energy.

CCM® is a lightweight material with high strength and elasticity reinforced with carbon fibers. As a result, CCM® maintains the superior properties of carbon.

Isotropic graphite is the graphite material produced by CIP (Cold Isostatic Pressing) forming that facilitates machinability and is widely used for industrial purposes.

Taking advantage of the excellent characteristics of self-lubricating carbon, chemical corrosion, and heat resistance, carbon products for mechanical components are used in various fields of science such as electronics, machinery, and metallurgical industry.
