It cleans the parts with high quality modified alcohol or hydrocarbons without polluting the environment
No waste generation, with short cycles to degrease, clean, and dry all types of parts even in the presence of complex geometries, blind holes, and capillaries
The partnership between LMTerm and IFP Europe brought Latin America the concept of ‘washing of the future, with innovative technology, low operating cost, and sustainability. The machines can be used for degreasing, removing oils, and cleaning complex metal, plastic and ceramic parts.
The washers are used for delicate parts or parts with complex geometry, with holes, threads, cavities, machined or stamped. The system operates through immersion, steam, spray, ultrasound, or blasting and automatically filters and distills the solvent (modified alcohol), separating it from impurities, dirt, oils, and chips removed from the parts.
Due to the complete vacuum wash cycle with modified alcohol or hydrocarbons with vacuum values up to 1 mbar and the wide range of standard and optional accessories, LMTerm washers represent the best washing technology currently available in the market worldwide.
For contamination cases both with organic or inorganic items, there is the hybrid line, which can clean the parts with the combined use of modified alcohol and detergent solution, ensuring perfect cleaning.
The equipment is made of stainless steel. It has a vacuum sealing system and is equipped with particle filters, hermetic solvent distiller, storage tanks, automatic sludge, oil, and water remover, spray sprinkler system, ultrasound, touch screen operator panel, remote access for support and maintenance, in addition to an automatic loading and unloading system with load recognition.
LMTerm washers operate in a vacuum environment so that at the end of the cleaning/treatment cycle, there are no washing liquid residues in the treated components.
With LMTerm washers, solvent consumption is reduced to a few liters per year, and additional chemicals (stabilizers) are unnecessary.
LMTerm washers reflect the concept of Eco-Sustainability due to low consumption, recovery of resources, and safety. The washers were designed to be sustainable in terms of energy consumption and recoveries of processing material, such as chips, oil, and emulsion.
They automatically filter and distill the washing liquid, perform the complete separation of the oil from the washing liquid, and dry and deodorize the chips with automatic water discharge.
In terms of productivity, they can count on automatic feeding systems that, on request, can feed the baskets with the products to be washed directly from the workstations (for example, lathes). In addition, systems to pack the boxes can be installed at the end of the washers.
Accordingly, the maintenance factor is lowered to a minimum, leading to further improvement in the washers’ efficiency and integration into the production cycle.
Across the entire range of washers, wash chambers are fully self-cleaning and do not form bottoms or crusts.
Therefore, it is not necessary to open tanks, chambers, and stills to clean.
The control system has a continuous recording of operational data and a remote connection via the Internet.
Welcome to the wash of the future… Now!
